In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store user data safety policies, you can request the permanent removal of your URAGO account and personal information through this portal.
What happens when you request account deletion?
- Personal Identification Data: Your name, phone number, email address, profile picture, and saved locations will be permanently removed from our active databases.
- Driver Partners: Uploaded compliance documents (licence, RC, insurance, permit) and vehicle details will be archived and purged in accordance with Motor Vehicle legal requirements.
- Legally Mandated Records: Completed financial invoices and payment receipts may be retained for statutory tax and transport audit purposes as required by Indian law (typically up to 7 years).
- Processing Timeline: Requests are processed within 15 to 30 business days following administrative review.
